Who this covers

This policy covers the Birkinshaw Medical Aesthetics Clinic website. For anything in it, or to ask what we hold about you, contact the clinic using the details on our contact page.

Enquiry form

When you send the enquiry form, the name, contact details and message you type are emailed to the clinic so your enquiry can be answered. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising. Anything you tell us about a treatment or your health is handled as confidential clinical enquiry information and is never placed into analytics.

Analytics cookies

This website asks before it loads Google Analytics. If you accept, optional cookies are set and usage data is sent to Google. If you reject, or have not yet chosen, Google Analytics does not load at all. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button near the bottom of any page. Rejecting stops future tracking and removes the analytics cookies this site has set.

What analytics never receives

Because this is a medical aesthetics clinic, the page you are reading is treated as sensitive. Analytics never receives the address or the title of the treatment, condition or article page you are viewing. It receives only a broad category such as "treatments", "blog" or "info", and never your form answers, name, email address or phone number.

Analytics cookie identifiers are still personal data even though they do not contain your name. That is why they are optional and switched off until you accept.
